Wild fish like herring, sardines, and salmon are excellent for psoriasis because they are great sources of vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids, both of which help with psoriasis. You can switch out those dairy products for fish because the latter is a much healthier source of protein.
The milk can have inflammatory properties that aren’t good for your psoriasis. The omega-3 fatty acids in fish are anti-inflammatory, and the protein and vitamin D will help your skin look and feel its best. Vitamin D has actually been clinically proven to benefit psoriasis sufferers.
