2. Coconut Oil
This is a tried-and-true remedy for many skin disorders. Coconut oil can even be put on the scalp. Just make you wear a shower cap to bed if you douse your scalp in it before going to sleep after you get out of the shower.
It can stain your pillow if you don’t cover your head with a shower cap. You can also just wash it a couple of hours later, but it might have a better effect if you leave it on all night.
Many people suffer from scalp psoriasis, and coconut oil sometimes seems to work when nothing else will. Coconut oil is a gentle, moisturizing, and soothing oil with anti-inflammatory properties.
You will notice the difference right away once you cover the affected areas thoroughly with it.
