That’s because apple cider vinegar has both antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties. If the ringing you are experiencing in your ears is the result of an infection, as it can balance alkaline levels within the body.

Therefore, apple cider vinegar can be an effective way to treat the infection and thus, the symptoms that are associated with tinnitus. In order to use apple cider vinegar to treat tinnitus, mix two teaspoons of the liquid with a small bit of honey and water and drink the mixture down. Do this two or three times a day until you find that the ringing in your ear subsides.
