5. Moodiness
When you are tired all the time you may notice a change in your mood. If you do not notice your moodiness, chances are that the people around you will. When you do not give your body enough time to rest, you may notice that you are more irritable than normal.
It is hard to be in a good mood when you are feeling tired all of the time. Your body needs time to rejuvenate and when it does not get enough time to regroup, your hormone levels will be affected. Your hormones are responsible for stabilizing your mood.
If you are experiencing moodiness, chances are good that you are simply not getting enough sleep. There also could be an underlying health reason such as issues with your thyroid that is causing your moodiness as well as your inability to get a good night’s sleep. If this continues for a long period of time, see your doctor.
