4. Muscle Weakness
When you are not getting enough sleep you are going to always feel tired. As you get less and less rest, it can cause many different issues in the body. Your muscles may start to feel sore and tired. When your muscles are not given enough time to heal, they may also start to become weak.
You may notice that your legs and arms are not as strong as they once were. Perhaps you are struggling to pick up everyday items that used to not be a problem to move around. Your muscles need to be strengthened each day, and in order to function at their optimum levels, your muscles also need time to recover.
Allowing yourself breaks and time to rest from your everyday chores is one of the best things that you can do for your body. If you are feeling tired and run down all the time and notice a loss of strength in your muscles, you may want to visit your doctor for a proper diagnosis.
