4. The lack of a proper and regular detoxification routine
Scientists and researchers thought for years that the appendix was considered a discarded organ that was leftover from a few thousand years back – and that it wasn’t really good for any functions within the body. New research into the topic over the last decade or so tells us that we might have been wrong about our initial assumption: The appendix has a few functions left inside the body, one of which is to filter out toxins.
Everyone should follow a decent detoxification routine: You’d be surprised to know just how many toxins we are exposed to every day through just being alive. Detoxification allows your body to start freshly the next day or week by getting as many of these toxins out of your body at a time.
But if you don’t detox regularly, your body can become a breeding ground for all sorts of health conditions, including a lowered immunity, a higher infection rate and a much higher risk of being affected by conditions like appendicitis.
