A large chunk of the world’s population can say that they like a drink every now and then. Some people choose to go out drinking with friends on a weekend, while others might limit themselves to a glass of scotch when they get home at the end of a rough day as a means to relax.
But another part of the world’s population is more prone to addiction – and thousands of people all over the world are addicted to the use and abuse of alcohol.
Drinking wine and beer in moderate amounts have a handful of proven health benefits, but drinking too much can destroy your health, especially over the years or decades of doing it.
The appendix is one of the organs that filters toxins out through the body, and the overconsumption of alcohol can aggravate an existing case of appendicitis to the point where it could turn into a violent internal infection or a burst appendix together with other health issues
