18. Garlic and Onions
Onions and garlic are chock full of antioxidants, and they have strong anti-fungal, antiviral, and antibacterial properties. If you’re feeling sick, just use more onions and garlic in your cooking.
In fact, eat them regularly as a preventive measure. The allicin is a substance in garlic that is only present before you cook it. So, eat raw garlic from time to time.
You can eat it straight, mix it in juice, or mix it up with some water. You can even put sliced, raw onions and garlic around your house to cleanse the air.
