17. Joint Health
The joints are an important part of the body. Each of your joints cushions the weight of your body. For your joints to work properly they need to have an appropriate amount of water. If you do not take in enough water your joints and spine can become very seriously damaged.
This can cause you to have pain every time you walk or move any of your joints. Proper hydration keeps your joints and muscles lubricated so that you can easily move about throughout your day.
