Eggs are so beneficial because they are one of the few ‘complete proteins’. That means that they contain all of the essential amino acids that the body needs to build its tissue, repair muscle, and heal wounds. This is only true if you eat the white and the yolk, however.
On top of that, eggs are also a good source of healthy fats, which can help to improve cholesterol levels (contrary to what was once thought) and raise testosterone.
Finally, eggs are also rich in choline, which is a natural precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and which can boost memory, focus, energy, and even maybe creativity.
