Yes, getting vitamin C from natural food sources is preferable. It will be mixed here with the necessary other elements to ensure maximum absorption and benefits.
However, vitamin C-rich foods are not always easy to come by and find, and sometimes you need a helping hand. That’s where a supplement can come in very handy. And we know that the body is able to absorb it, seeing as there are people out there who survive purely on supplements.
