Look, I could go on and on discussing all of the different foods out there that can boost your health via big doses of vitamin C.
Ultimately though, the best results will come not from any one item, but from the way you combine the items in your diet in order to maximize your nutrients throughout the day.
Or how about just getting them all in one hit? This is possible if you make yourself a smoothie: simply blend up a selection of your favorite fruits and then drink it all down. It’s delicious and creamy if you add the right ‘base’ and you can select foods with all the nutrients you need.
The biggest risk here is the amount of sugar that you’ll be ingesting. Don’t exceed more than one smoothie a day and consider taking a vegetable smoothie instead if you don’t want to damage your teeth!
