4. Muscle Pains
You might not associate this as a symptom of withdrawing from caffeine when it happens, but this is a definite sign of caffeine withdrawal – and should be handled as a symptom of something else. If you have suddenly stopped drinking coffee or consuming energy drinks when you are used to doing so on a regular basis, then one of the first things you will start feeling is muscle pains – and it can hurt just as much as when you have undergone some serious exercise and feel your muscles hurting the next day.
The kind of muscle pains associated with caffeine withdrawal can be treated the same way as you would any other type of muscle pain, and we would recommend that you go for a professional massage and take some muscle supplements in order to help you cope with it. Sometimes a hot bath might also help you to get rid of the associated muscle ache.
