5. Heart Health
Is your heart as healthy as it should be? In most cases, the answer is no. You should have your heart checked out at least once every six months, even if you don’t believe that there’s a problem. This becomes especially truer if you are already suffering from symptoms of heart trouble, which can include heart palpitations, chest pain or lower back pain – and also if you have any history of heart issues running in your family.
There are plenty of things you can do to ensure you keep your heart healthy even as you age. The first is moderate exercise; even just a few times per week can make a huge difference to your overall heart health. The second is to cut out all of the unhealthy fats out of your diet: Include more things like olive and coconut oil.
Third, add asparagus: It’s great for your heart health – and an excellent way to compliment your healthy routine.
