Drinking water will help keep you hydrated and when you are hydrated your body will be able to pump blood throughout your body the way that it is meant to.
Drinking other healthy liquids such as vegetable soups, fruit juices, and healthy teas and eating foods that have a high water content such as celery and watermelon can also help even out your blood pressure levels.
