5. Exercise
If you experience a lot of dizziness, then a long-term way to address this might be to look at your fitness. It could be that the heart is having a difficult time pumping blood to your brain, which in turn might be responsible for feelings of dizziness and lightheadedness.
Exercise regularly and focus on things that strengthen the heart such as running or swimming. Do this especially if you are overweight and you feel dizziest when engaging in strenuous activity. Always talk to your doctor first, however.
