9. Tennis Ball
No, I’m not suggesting a game of tennis. Instead, I’m suggesting that you take that tennis ball and stick it into your nightclothes. The aim here is to put it between your back and the bed, to prevent yourself from rolling onto your backside in the night.
And the reason that this is a good idea, is that it stops you rolling onto those piles: thereby giving them more of a chance to recover and also preventing you from waking frequently in the night yelling in pain!
