2. Pain and tenderness
A bite from a spider is often associated with pain and tenderness as the affected site. The pain can range from mild to severe, and there will likely be some tenderness present, too. Applying an analgesic to the affected area could help to ease the discomfort.
If you aren’t able to get one, or you need fast relief, you can try applying a cold, damp cloth to the bite. If you notice that the pain persists for several days and it increases, you should see your doctor to have the bite assessed and treated. There is a chance that it could be infected.
