4. Extreme Fatigue
Sometimes heart attacks don’t just happen. There are things occurring in the body that can lead up to them. Most people are not aware of these things but, instead, feel symptoms that they don’t understand. Fatigue is a common symptom of heart problems. When the heart isn’t working right, the body just doesn’t get the blood and oxygen it needs to stay alert.
Fatigue can be a symptom of many other health problems as well. People who have anemia, narcolepsy, or are fighting an infection often feel tired. Many people feel extreme fatigue when they are starting to come down with the flu.
If you have no other symptoms and suddenly feel extremely tired, it could be a sign that you are about to suffer a heart attack. Talk with your doctor to rule out heart problems and to find the cause of your fatigue. There are ways to prevent a heart attack.
