10. Increased fatigue
If you are noticing that you are constantly tired no matter how much sleep you get, or that you are easily fatigued after performing the simplest of tasks, it could be a sign of ALS. As this condition weakens the muscles, your body has to work harder to move them. As a result, it is not uncommon for people who have Lou Gehrig’s disease to feel excessively tired. If you notice that this an issue you are having and it presents with other early signs of ALS, you should schedule an appointment with your doctor.
