5. Headache
Getting a headache is rather common. In fact, most people experience headaches at some point in time. However, if you have been out in the sun for a long period of time and then develop a headache, it could be a sign of sun poisoning. Some people will experience extreme headaches that may even cause nausea or vomiting. These headaches may go away with some over the counter medications.
However, if the headache is a cause of sun poisoning, you may find that the pain does not subside even if you are taking medications for it. If you have a headache along with some of the other symptoms on this list, it is important to make sure that you are staying properly hydrated. You may also want to seek medical attention if these symptoms persist as they may end up becoming worse without proper care.
