Another symptom that can also be associated with the shingles virus is nausea and vomiting.
This condition is caused by a virus or a foreign pathogen. While this pathogen has been lying dormant in your system, when it is activated, your immune system will start working hard to protect you.
Feelings of nausea are often associated with a virus because this is one of the ways the immune system tries to drive out a foreign invader. Nausea may start off mild, but it could increase over time, and you might even end up vomiting.
