3. Stomach cramping
When you are experiencing nausea and are actually vomiting, you are certainly going to experience stomach cramps. This cramping is caused by the contraction of the muscles in your stomach. As your body tries to purge itself, the muscles in the stomach naturally contract.
At first, these cramps may feel mildly uncomfortable, but within a few hours, it can become severe. It is not unusual to experience intense spasms in the stomach, which only add to your upset stomach and can be downright debilitating.
