4. Passing small amounts of urine
Though many people who have a bladder infection may experience an increased need to use the bathroom, they often pass only small amounts of urine when they do. Why? – Because the bladder is inflamed, which can make it difficult for the urine to pass through the urethra, and thus, only small amounts of urine pass through the urethra.
Should you feel like you have an increased need to urinate, but only a small amount passes when you do, all signs point to a bladder infection. Don’t dismiss this symptom; seek treatment as soon as possible.
