6. Lightheadedness or dizziness
If you start to feel lightheaded or dizzy, you need to sit down and collect yourself.
It doesn’t feel good to faint and hit your shoulder or head on something. Just sit down quickly and try to calm yourself down by drinking some water or orange juice, or doing some deep breathing. Dizziness and lightheadedness can be symptoms of a lot of things, including a lack of sleep or low blood sugar.
It could also be a sign of low blood pressure. If you have lightheadedness or dizziness in conjunction with any of the other symptoms above, get medical attention right away.
