5. Changes in Period
Of course, we guess that we don’t need to point out the fact that if you are a man, then you can skip this step entirely and it’s completely unlikely that you will experience any kind of changes in your period, to begin with – it’s unlikely that you would experience your period.
Right? Okay. But for women, it’s vitally important that they keep a continuous eye on their menstrual cycles; it becomes especially important if anything in your cycle is different to what it would normally be, such as a period that happens too late or too early, or flow that is much lighter or heavier than it would normally be. Sometimes this is pregnancy, though most of the time this is due to external factors – the cause of some of these can include needing to make changes to your diet and simply entering a new phase of life, but it could also point to a hormonal imbalance in your body that needs to be treated before any other symptoms start to manifest.
