11. Tea Bags
Another favorite is to use teabags. These are useful for treating a range of unpleasant rashes and for treating hemorrhoids. That’s because tea bags are cooling and they also contain a large number of nutrients – particularly antioxidants to help the body recover and repair itself.
Antioxidants work to combat free radicals that can otherwise damage the cells and eventually break all the way through to damage the DNA and cause dangerous, potentially-cancer-causing mutations. Then there are the tannins that are well known for their soothing benefits.
This is the same reason that you see people place them on their eyelids at spas!
