Stress can take a toll on your body. It can constantly require you to get up and go at a moment’s notice and to react quickly. See if you can adjust your routine and see your doctor if the fatigue continues. You could be suffering from adrenal fatigue since your body is releasing large amounts of adrenaline.
Take plenty of B vitamins and make sure you are getting enough sleep.
