3. Stiffness
Don’t just look for pain and discomfort: look also for stiffness. In fact, this is often one of the first signs you should be on the lookout for, which causes you to struggle to move your limbs as usual and to feel uncomfortable as you do.
This can make regular tasks more difficult and you might also find that it is worse at certain points during the day. In particular, stiffness often affects your worst first thing in the morning when you wake up.
