If you notice yourself having a cloudy vision, then you definitely want to start paying attention. Cloudy vision is actually pretty much the definition of cataracts. The lens in your eye turning cloudy is the definition of a cataract. But what does cloudy vision actually mean? It means that you may see things through sort of a haze that is completely transparent or more likely, light or dark gray.
Cloudy vision is pretty easy to distinguish, and it is definitely one of the biggest warning signs for cataracts that you can have. In fact, when it comes to cloudy vision, there isn’t much else out there that could cause it. You will notice your vision is cloudy when you change from one state to another. For example, if you turn on the light or go outside into the sun; it could also happen when you first open your eyes in the morning when you wake up.
