4. Loss of Appetite, Nausea, and Vomiting
When you have appendicitis you may have a few days of simply not wanting to eat and feeling a bit sick to your stomach. While the loss of appetite and nausea can be the symptoms of many other illnesses, if this is accompanied by severe pain that becomes very intense and it does not go away in a day or two, it could be appendicitis.
You are not going to projectile vomit if you have appendicitis, but you may begin vomiting when you are suffering from an inflamed appendix.
