3. Fatigue
Because your blood is not pumping very efficiently, you could get very fatigued. When your heart becomes enlarged and overworked, when you’re not getting oxygen as efficiently, and when your cardiovascular system isn’t functioning as optimally as it should be, you can start to feel run down and fatigued.
When you have normal blood pressure, you will feel better able to work out and do more physical activities throughout the day. Your doctor should always evaluate unexplained feelings of fatigue. Fatigue can be a symptom of many different diseases.
Fatigue can be a symptom of some very serious (and fatal) diseases. If you’re just feeling worn out all the time for no reason, it’s time to talk to your doctor and get evaluated.
