Avocado is a very ‘in-vogue’ food right now, which finds itself in an awful lot of Instagram pictures. Avocado is so popular partly because they’re healthy, but partly because they’re delicious being smooth, rich, and creamy.

It’s the health benefits we’re interested in right now though, which predominantly come from the healthy saturated fat that will boost your absorption of other nutrients, lower your ‘bad’ cholesterol and provide you with a form of energy that is released gradually throughout the day. It’s great when something this delicious also happens to be good for you!
