3. Deep Breathing
Breathing correctly can help to fix dizziness for a number of reasons. For one, it is a great choice for treating dizziness that has come on from lightheadedness or hyperoxia. For instance, many people will feel dizzy during a panic attack which is because they have hyperventilated, filling their blood with too much oxygen.
Correct breathing involves using the stomach. To do this, you first relax the ab muscles, which will allow the abdominal cavity to become hollow, letting the diaphragm drop in. This then allows you to expand the lungs from the bottom, all the way to the top, taking in a large drawer of breath as you do.
Try to count as you do this, keeping each in-breath and each out-breath consistently timed.
