19 Home Remedies for Dizziness

2.  Drink Water

Drinking water is a great solution for a vast range of issues. For starters, a little cold water can help to wake you up and freshen you up and provide just the jolt to the senses you need. More likely, it can treat dizziness that is caused by dehydration.

Here, the blood may have become thicker and more viscous, making it harder for it to reach the brain.

Not only that, but the brain shrinks when it doesn’t have enough fluid, just as a sponge does. As it gets smaller, it can then pull away from the inside of the skull which causes pain, brain fog, and yes – dizziness.
