3. Wheezing
Often times if a person has developed walking pneumonia they will have difficulty breathing or shortness of breath. If the pneumonia is viral and not bacterial, wheezing is quite common. If you have developed a wheeze, chances are that you have fully developed pneumonia and not abnormal or walking pneumonia.
If you are experiencing shortness of breath or having any difficulty breathing, it could be a symptom of a common cold or another type of infection. Breathing difficulties can be mild or severe when it comes to walking pneumonia. Visiting a doctor to find out what is going on is recommended.
