You may think that you are getting enough sleep each night, but if you suffer from sleep apnea, the sleep that you do get is rather poor. Sleep apnea is a condition where you are awake for stints at a time through the night, even if you do not realize it.

During these stints, you may even stop breathing for a few seconds. When this happens your body is not getting enough oxygen, which can result in many health problems.

If you are feeling exhausted even if you feel like you are getting enough sleep each night, it might be a good idea to have a sleep study conducted.
