3. Pain in the Arm
If you tell someone you think you’re having a heart attack, often their response will be that to ask you whether you feel any pain in your arm. That’s because this is another common symptom of a heart attack and is caused by the heart sending pain signals to the surrounding nerves.
This is usually felt in the left arm and often feels a lot like muscular pain, located more specifically just below the arm in the armpit. This could be a symptom of other things, but if you notice it along with the described chest pain and other symptoms on this list, then you can begin to feel concerned.
