4. Blood Clots
There are a few risk factors that will put you at a higher risk of developing a blood clot at some point – and these can include obesity, high blood pressure, taking things that thicken the blood and staying in the same position for long periods of time at once – like if you work in an office where you need to sit in front of a desk for long periods at a time or if you are a frequent traveler and spend a lot of time sitting down.
If any of these factors apply to you, then you should consider speaking to your doctor about regularly taking aspirin, which can reduce the frequency of blood clots – and, you have to move around frequently in order to get the blood flowing properly. But if you feel a knot in your leg or any other part of your body – or experience numbness – this could be a clot, and this could lead to an aneurysm.
