2. Cramping in the Testicles
Sensitivity in the testicles can sometimes extend to other symptoms that include cramping. Sometimes this can happen while the person is actively walking or exercising, although it might sometimes also take place when sitting or standing.
Cramping in the testicles isn’t always a “big thing” and it’s not always a sign or symptom of something serious: If it happens once or twice, goes away and you never experience the same thing again, it’s likely that you’re entirely fine. But if cramping in the testicles keeps happening or doesn’t go away, it can be a signal that something is seriously wrong.
If cramping in the testes becomes particularly severe, it can also be a sign of other testicular issues like a hernia or “tied” testicular tubes. These can be severely painful conditions, impair movement immediately and will require surgery to treat.
Either way, you should see your doctor for a diagnosis in the case of any discomfort or pain.
