3. Black Pepper
Black pepper can be bought in its raw form and in the already powdered variety – though if you have a choice then we would suggest that you rather go for the raw peppercorns than pepper powder, as you get to release the oils that are contained in the peppercorns by crushing them yourself instead of using pepper where most of the oils have already dried out with the pepper.
You should know that pepper does a lot more than just adding a little bit of flavor to your food – pepper is also a great remedy for helping with inflammation. You should include pepper in your diet and you should already start to feel the effects – and if you have a lot of tension in your muscles, the pepper can also help to take care of this as a symptom. There are some black pepper extracts available on the market if you can’t handle pepper in your diet and would prefer to use an alternative measure but still get the added benefits.
