2. Power Napping
One of the most common causes of dark circles under the eyes is simple exhaustion. Most of the time when dark circles occur, it’s after you have been up too long with too little sleep. This is a surefire sign that your body is tired, and the dark circles might even be there the next morning after you have gotten some sleep.
If you have gotten halfway through your day and notice that you are starting to get the dark, sagging circles under your eyes, then it might be worth it to take a short “power nap.” Simply, a power nap is a short nap that lasts no more than fifteen or twenty minutes – it’s just enough for your body to regenerate, though not enough for you to fall into a full cycle of sleep.
Many professionals know the secret of power napping to stay rejuvenated during and after a long day at work, and it’s a secret known and used by many students all over the world, too.
