Eating cherries as a snack provides a great way to provide your body with many important nutrients that it needs in order to work at its best capacity. One of the great things about cherries is that the two main varieties are sweet and sour. This means that you can satiate your sweet tooth or reach for the sour variety if you are looking for something different.
