3. Fried Foods
Fried foods are oily, when oil mixes up with digestive juices it produces acidity which leads to gastritis. It is not necessary whenever you eat fried foods it leads to gastritis but foods with excess oil can be harmful if you are diagnosed with gastritis.
Fried foods can worsen the inflammation in the stomach. Fried foods have oil vapors which may also lead to respiratory disorders especially in asthma patients and can cause chest pain. Use of excess oil increase heart rate and increase the risk of getting heart attacks.
One of the main reason for not using oily foods on a gastritis diet is that oily foods are cooked at high temperatures and at many fast foods outlets foods are reheated in oil many times. This causes chemical reactions in which hydrocarbon chains break down. This chemical change may lead to cancer. Fried foods have excess oil which is not good to be consumed in a large amount. Oiliness is not good for people who have had gallbladder removal.
