12 Benefits of Coffee for Body, Hair & Skin

A lot of things have been said about coffee in medical journals, in magazines, and in advertising – and most people can’t start their day without their morning cup of coffee, sometimes more. A lot of people use coffee for their perk-up at the end or middle of the day, and for some coffee is a perfect way to end their day before they go to sleep. You can’t imagine a world without coffee, and it activates a lot of the same things in the brain that things like chocolate does.

But have you ever stopped to think about the fact that coffee is actually really good for you? Drinking coffee can improve circulation, be great for your heart, keep you mentally sharp and it can even aid things in the body such as hair growth. Here are some of the health benefits of coffee for body, hair, mind, and skin.

1. Coffee is Bad For You… Or Is It?

A lot has been written about coffee so far, and you can look in almost any health magazine and you’ll find something that’s been said about coffee and caffeine in it – though most people have come to think of coffee as something they should be avoided if they are trying to make a switch to better health, or if they want to start being more active and losing weight: Why do most people think they should be cutting out coffee?

In fact, you should be doing the complete opposite when it comes to drinking coffee – as long as you are drinking it in moderation, about three cups per day, then it will, in fact, prove to be good for your health instead. People have long thought coffee to be bad for your health, but more studies have been done to show that it’s in fact pretty good for your health.
