An anemic patient may hence have trouble focusing on an everyday task that they found easy before. This may be an especially troubling thing for kids at school.
You should pay close attention to a child who used to be good at studies before and has been struggling lately. Such signs, while often overlooked by those close to a child, could be the first warning symptoms of anemia.
Concentrating on tasks is not a primary survival skill; therefore, the little oxygen that anemic patients get is given to other functions. It’s better to get checked over once to make sure there’s no illness preventing you from acing your studies and work tasks.
