3. Get Something Cold
Nosebleeds are very common especially in hot areas or in a person having higher body temperature compared to normal. That is why it is important to try and cool yourself down. This is by reducing your body temperature and this will then allow the bleeding blood clots to increase, which in turn can stop the bleeding. That is why it is a very popular notion for people to grab an ice pack.
While your nose continues to bleed you can gather some ice cubes and have them wrapped in a towel. Then you can place them on top of your nose and on the cheeks. Try and not apply the ice directly to the nose.
Another approach is by placing the ice cubes into your mouth. This will cool your body immediately. It will also continue to keep your body temperature low and for longer. You can also suck on a popsicle and give more time for your nosebleed to end.
