2. Headache
One of the first signs that you have drunk too much coffee will be the fact that you start to experience a headache – coffee can have a great effect on your circulation and manage to open your lungs and arteries up, but once you have consumed too much coffee then you will start to have a headache because this effect is accentuated far more past what your body can really handle.
To handle the headache that is associated with withdrawing from caffeine then you should first know what’s causing it – in most cases, the headache that you are feeling will be because of a symptom that we have already mentioned in this article: Dehydration. And the best thing that you can do for getting rid of the headache will be to drink plenty of water and other fluids – and to drop your caffeine intake to something much more moderate instead.
