You should also take one step at a time when it comes to improving your life and changing things. For example, you should not try to change everything in your life that you think is wrong with it all at the same time. Concentrate on your bulimia. If you are addicted to drugs or alcohol, then you need to concentrate on that first and then concentrate on your bulimia.
But the main thing is, you can only do so much at once, and the more you limit it, the more focused you will be on whatever changes you are trying to make. So, work on one thing at a time, and take it one step at a time. Don’t try to skip to the end or do everything at once. Give yourself time to heal and make mistakes because it is going to happen regardless. Do one positive thing today towards treating your bulimia.
